چکیده
Magnetic nanoparticle based hyperthermia emerged as a potential tool for treating malignant tumours. The efficiency of the method relies heavily on knowledge magnetic properties samples; in particular, frequency dependent complex susceptibility is vital to optimize irradiation conditions and provide feedback material science developments. We study frequency-dependent an aqueous ferrite suspension first time using non-resonant resonant radiofrequency reflectometry. identify optimal measurement standard solenoid coil, which capable providing up 150 MHz. result matches those obtained from resonator few discrete frequencies. agreement between two different methods validates our approach. Surprisingly, dynamic cannot be explained by exponential relaxation behavior even when we consider particle size-dependent distribution parameter.

Cancer hyperthermia using magnetic nanoparticles.
Magnetic-nanoparticle-mediated intracellular hyperthermia has the potential to achieve localized tumor heating without any side effects. The technique consists of targeting magnetic nanoparticles to tumor tissue followed by application of an external alternating magnetic field that induces heat through Néel relaxation loss of the magnetic nanoparticles. The temperature in tumor tissue is increa...

متن کاملMagnetic Properties of Magnetic Nanoparticles for Efficient Hyperthermia
Localized magnetic hyperthermia using magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) under the application of small magnetic fields is a promising tool for treating small or deep-seated tumors. For this method to be applicable, the amount of MNPs used should be minimized. Hence, it is essential to enhance the power dissipation or heating efficiency of MNPs. Several factors influence the heating efficiency of MN...
